7/18/ 2022: MONDAY
9:30-11:00: team meeting
11:00-1:00: Business Made Simple Notes
1:00-1:30: meeting with Jerry
1:30- 3:00: Tingley email campaign #2
Today’s team meeting was pretty boring, I worked on some journaling while listening to them go down the list. I was interested in some funny stories the team had to share; like the CEO went on a mission trip where they helped low income families abroad by rebuilding their houses and helping them get resources. I like how the team is very close and casual with each other especially with the C Suite leadership. I watched some Business Made Simple videos while waiting for Jerry and I felt really impacted by them, especially one video “Bias toward Action” basically meaning that you need to make your idea and words into action in order to be successful, as a procrastinator I felt those words pretty strong (it actually inspired me to get a gym membership right then and there). My meeting with Jerry went over my email campaign and everything went smoothly. There were just a few more edits needed and we were ready to move on. I finished those off after the meeting and was done for the day.
7/19/ 2022: TUESDAY
9:30-10:00: Business Made Simple videos
10:00-10:20: Meeting with Jerry
10:20-1:00: email campaign mobile version
Business Made Simple learning series went smooth per usual, taking some notes on guiding principles of leadership; mission statement, key characteristics and critical actions. After which Jerry explained to me what I was going to be doing next, one of which today would be converting my email campaign into a mobile version and two would be getting ready to do a website design program. He wants me to watch some review videos about figma before we jump in just so that I am best prepared. I am nervous a little bit because I don't want to disappoint them but I just need to remember everything is a learning process and to just roll with it.
HIGHLIGHTS: "Bias toward Action" I really enjoyed this learning video
PROBLEMS: was pretty chill not really any problems
ISSUES: Since I messed up last week I was a little more anxious this week
